AMAZING HIKE NEAR LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
The Fire Wave, Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada
The Valley of Fire is about an hour away from Las Vegas, Nevada. If you get the chance while in the area, or driving by, I highly recommend taking (at least) a half day to detour through the park. It is the oldest and largest state park in Nevada, and has amazing sandstone formations! Here’s one of my FAVORITE hikes from our road trip. It was easy and leisurely, great for all ages and experiences, but most importantly it was an incredible formation!
